Having written the emotional post below it is time to think what can be changed. Pointing the problems without offering a solution is absolutely counter-productive.

So what can PES change if election will be successful.
-All European citizens should be protected from emerging threat of poverty: the minimal level of maintenance ensuring accommodation, food, medical care and education for minors shall be guaranteed for all citizens of all EU members states disregard the credit record, health conditions, criminal or work record.
-Creating the efficient system of professional rehabilitation for temporary unemployed and low income Europeans including professional and new language re-education programmes, the flexible system of credit for free lance activity and new enterprises, combined with publicly available sponsorship and investment opportunities in innovations and socio-cultural activity
-Tax or social security fraud shall be punishable by law and not by denial of social security facility shall person require them.
-No excessive financial penalties shall be imposed without taking the family income situation in the consideration.
-The social rights shall be presented clearly and efficiently to all citizens and officials in all parts of the Union.
-The effective system of checks and balances protecting families from homelessness, from loss of health insurance and from loss education opportunity in case of bankruptcy or debt shall be imposed immediately.
-The financial profiling and income based limitations for international marriage, family unification or choice of residence were imposed in some EU countries shall be removed unconditionally.
-All taxation including social contributions and municipal taxes shall be based on income level. No fixed rates shall apply .
-The effective system of work place safety and employee rights protection shall be set anew protecting the workforce around the continent disregard their contract status, to prevent the contact manipulation by employers. Currently big number of employers prefer to hire their employees as independent, free - lance or temporary (interim) personnel for many reasons. To protect the workforce without bringing down businesses the free lancers, and interim workers shall have similar level of social protection as personnel at permanent contract in all EU countries
-Establishing effective system of support and tax relief for businesses who provide new workplaces or attract new investments.This should include medium and small (less then 10 employees) businesses
-Where - ever possible removing restrictions and offer maximal support for legitimate foreign businesses and business people who are planning to invest, offer innovations or provide work places at the European market.
